Easy access from freeway & plenty of parking. Pleasant stay, quiet even with kids swimming during our stay. Staff was friendly & courteous, lots of free amenities which was much appreciated & noticed! Pet friendly with things for them also! Free breakfast was very good w/ great selections considering what most offer these days! Only thing noticed was housekeeping...housekeepers were friendly but did have some discrepancies in the room. Love that Hilton offers refillable bottles in shower but shampoo was empty. Beds were so-so, pillows just sink when you lay on them. Overall a good stay, would consider staying again!

The room felt damp. Angel at the front desk was terrible. When checking in we asked for a room on the top floor so no one would be above us. She said we were on the top floor. To our surprise we were in 316 . The hotel has four floors. I should have gone directly back to correct her. We figured we give it a chance. First night great but second night there must have been 2-3 kids that ran and jumped til midnight. No disrespect to families but the ones with kids should be placed on first floor. Also rooms were not totally clean. Sheets were wrinkled and smelled like lard. I would never stay there again. Save your money. Wasn't worth what we paid. Just plain lousy stay.

Great location. Area seemed nice and lots of businesses and restaurants around. Great location off highway as we passed through. Overall, nice hotel. Nice small pool. Lobby area was clean and organized. We were upgraded to a one bedroom mobility suite, which was a nice surprise. Great space. It was REALLY cold when we got in the room. The only complaint was the feather pillows were so flat, I felt like I didn't have a pillow. No extra blankets just a thin cover. Breakfast was good. Bagels, toast, yogurt, cereal, plus variety of juices. Hot waffle, and premade omelet and breakfast sandwiches. Good breakfast included in the price. Overall recommend for overnight.

The hotel itself was decent enough, nice spacious rooms, comfy bed, comfy furniture, decent sized bath, it has all the amenities you would expect. The problem was with the breakfast in the morning. When your told its at 6am, you expect it to be 6am, not 6:10 and counting. When your traveling for work, your mostly looking for convenience, and when your day starts early, a 6am start needs to mean a 6am start. Also, front desk staff seems a bit to apathetic for my taste, both during check-in, the lack of urgency from their kitchen staff, and from the check-out process. It's too bad, it really has the potential to be a super solid hotel.

My boyfriend and I didn't stay at this location, as we were staying down the street at the Embassy Suites (which was horrible!!!). Since Home2 is a Hilton affiliate, we went here to ask if we could use the pool bc the one at Embassy was disgusting and the staff didn't care. The staff at Home2 was amazing! They were very friendly and empathetic, and they allowed us to swim in the amazing saltwater pool. They even offered to bring us towels. Next time we are in Beachwood, we will stay here!
